By accessing or using OpenJarvis services, including the openjarvis.ai website and the Relay application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
OpenJarvis provides a branded, supported experience built on the OpenClaw open-source AI assistant framework. Our services include the Relay application, onboarding support, starter skill packs, and ongoing updates. The underlying AI processing is performed by third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) using your own API keys.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Founding Install includes a one-time setup fee plus annual billing. Monthly plans are billed monthly. Design Partner plans include an upfront fee plus monthly billing after the first month. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your server, API keys, and access credentials. You are responsible for the content processed through your Relay instance. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or to violate the rights of others.
The OpenClaw engine is MIT-licensed open-source software. OpenJarvis branding, documentation, skill packs, and support materials are proprietary. Your workspace data, custom skills, and configurations remain your property.
OpenJarvis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or actions taken by the AI assistant. Your use of third-party AI model providers is subject to their respective terms.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to support and updates will cease, but your self-hosted Relay instance will continue to function with the last installed version.
